also, i wrote to the addy that someone posted, and i recieved a generic response saying that all in game problems are to be sent to the generic means...calling them, on-line chat, or /petition...
so, the addy that was given did not work at all...just to update

See, this is why GM's need too be truly impartial. What a fuck. To defend his friend he's likely pissed off over 100 paying customers.

This is what is known as 'inciting the general community' - what this douchebag is doing. And its got to stop. The fact that he keeps mouthing off in 60-69 over it means he ISNT fucking stopping and likely not holding up to 'his' end of the bargain.

Shit. They could even file with the BBB as this 'handling' of the situation is utter tripe. And we know just how much Sony likes resolving issues with the BBB. (read: fucking fast and ruthless when it comes to someone pissing off customers... and yes, even in the electronic games division...)
