I am "this" close to just saying "Fuck you, Sony" and going back to fucking World of Warcraft or something. At least there the dickheads are ingame and you can beat the shit out of them until they leave you alone (on red servers). GM's are generally "hands off" unless they catch you cheating or something which I can understand completely.

Oooh NEW issue!

When I posted the screenshots of the ALT Khrack made on Klunker's acocunt, I obviously had Station Players Bundle access as you can't view alts otherwise.

Oh and look I have a copy of the bill payment for it...

Later I went to look up the alt of a friend of mine and it kept giving me the goblin holding a sign telling me I need to upgrade my account. I was like... WTF, I already pay for the bundle, there IS no upgrade. So I go and check my acocunt and find that someone has removed my subscriptions from the bundle to only the leaderboards (that I really don't even care about) See Below.

Now if that isn't some fucked up, someone on the inside getting balled by Yuyoy, then I don't know what it is. But I will be calling SOE again today to find out WHO changed my subscription. Even if I had changed it myself, I would have the access until 11/2 when my next billing cycle occured.

I've heard and read a lot of accusations from people who believe that Yuyoy has some sort of "in" or "relation" at SOE. I don't believe that's true, honestly. I've met most of the people who work on EQ2, and unlike Yuyoy, none of them are inbred. So I'm convinced there is no relation, other than one that Yuyoy suggests and infers during his channel disruption episodes.

I would like to say to my friends at SOE, however: "Hey, it kind of looks like you are prosecuting the wrong people here, Yuyoy is the bad guy in this case, not us."

I do not want anyone on this board to hassle Yuyoy in any way. I'm asking you all to put this idiot on ignore.

Hopefully, CS will realize they've been used and lied to by Yuyoy, and that he is responsible for wasting their time by creating problems on the server. Yuyoy is using SOE CS as both a sword and a shield to create problems for people then escape the consequences of the problems he has caused.

So in otherwords your subscription was altered after recieving funds from the credit card company. hmmm yeah.. i think that's against the law or bordering on fraudulent activities when you recieved no reason why from SOE that they changed your account status (see, working at a credit card company DOES pay off eventually) AND you can go after them through your card company. They have bigger lawyers I would think than SOE, im sure that SOE will start looking for who to fire/blame for the harrasment that THEY are causing.

According to SOE... no one changed the subscriptions, they just "fell off" and it is common since they changed their account management software (convenient that it was fine till an hour or so after the screenshots were posted tho hmm?)

First he claimed he was a GM/Guide. No one bought that.

Then he claims he has friends in high places. People said: "you're full of shit" but then set about looking for evidence that he was telling the truth.

Then: SOE sucks! Screw you, ban me, assholes!

Seems like that not only buys into his BS, but also plays into it by creating a situation where SOE will have to discipline you (furthering the impression that he was right). In which case he has the last laugh and you're sitting there banned - and there was never a grain of truth in what he said.

I could believe the possibility that he might have A GM friend, but again, I don't much buy it - and even so, all this drama would get pretty wearing after a while, even for "friends in high places."

Either way, one GM is much different than "I have SOE in my pocket" and it would be absolutely wacky to believe this guy has generated friends and loyalty among intelligent people - much less business people - regardless of what your personal opinion of them might be. Especially so much so that the body of them would fling caution to the wind and say "oh hell, it's been a boring week, let's antagonize one our servers on Yuyoy's behalf!"

Also, I'd think he'd be pretty twinked if he did indeed have SOE in his pocket, so much so that he could get what he wanted when he wanted at his beck and call.

So I can see the possibility of a person who has a friend who might be moved to do something stupid - but SOE as a whole? Surely there isn't enough tinfoil to go around.

It seems like people are going "too far" on the other side, to "get back" at Yuyoy, generating a situation where they end up in trouble instead of him.

You may get a GM that fully sympathizes with the situation, but then they have to discipline you because of the way you've chosen to handle him.

The GM's first response to Shianne over the AFK thing was to chat with her and agree the whole thing was wacky - that doesn't seem like the response you'd get if there was a grain of truth to what he had to say.

Letting someone like this incite you seems pretty much like just giving him the winning hand.
