Its obvious Yuyoy is friends with someone at SOE.

For instance:



I looked through my logs of the previous day and the only thing I said in 60-69 containing Yuyoy's name was "leave Yuyoy alone" and "Hey Yuyoy we should be best friends".

I don't really think that deserves an in-game mail from a SOE GM.

Wow. I wonder if I would get one of those by saying "I love Yuyoy" in channel. Maybe they even have a special Yuyoy filter set up, so that any mention of his name automatically generates one of those emails now.

Thats the same mail I got. And all I said that night was I needed to come out of retirement b/c I miss this drama. Yuyoy spoke up in channel, Shianne said no one was talking to you (yuyoy) and to shut up. I said but I was talking to him, which I wasn't at all. I was just being a brat as always in chat and fuel a little fire. =)

I logged that toon on that Tuesday for the first time in 3 weeks. And until FlamesI NEVER heard of this asshat. This is all suspicious to me.

Don't real GM communications have "GM" before the name?

I mean, based on that email, anyone named Bob could send an email to anyone saying "Greetings, this is GM Bob." How would you know whether he is really a GM or not?

I think I'd ask for further proof if I got one of these, or I'd be justified in disregarding it.

This doesn't smell right.

I think you should petition this GM, to find out if he's real or not. Even if there is a GM by this name, how do we know he's really sending out these emails? All this could be faked so easily.

Chandrok is the same tool that contacted me in game. He did not show up on the /who, so I assume he is a real GM.
