They can't ban people for what is said here as this is not an SOE site and does not fall within their jurisdiction for disciplinary actions. This is a public forum with rules put in place that LFG has the right and authority to take action against our forum account and our forum account only.

If SOE attempts to ban people for what is done on this site, then I would think there would be a case for legal action or some sort.

I do find it amusing that Sassy was suspended when she said little about Yuyoy, and said nothing to him directly. I was on the night she logged in and honestly what was said was tame in comparison to comments made by others.

Why would you believe that ?

They quite simply have the right to stop anyone using there servers for any reason they want.

Posting stuff about one of there staff on an internet forum does not seem that unreasonible a reason to ban some one either.

If the could ban people for saying something on a forum, then they would have to ban just about 3/4 of the game population since most guild forums are full of GM horror stories, flames of people etc.

Banning a person for something said on a site that is not under their control would be like arresting a person for saying "Bush is a cocksucking warmonger" on the phone. They might be able to arrest someone for treason, but making it stick is quite another thing. People are entitled to have an opinion.

Kithicor's opinion (at least a good amount of the community anyways) is that Yuyoy is a goat fucking reject and his GM buddy is the goat.

ok, little bo peep was hitting on his sheep, he got bored, so he abused the power of his sheep to cut the grass, ehh to ban people. but that grass just keeps growing, when little bo peep realized that he started playing with razorblades and gave up on sheep.
