again, I do have the SS but only took them since I wanted to make sure if anything was sent to me about what I had said, I would have my own lily white ass covered. I've never posted an SS here but if it is wanted, then I'll figure out how.

But back to my reason for bringing this up.. in SOEs eyes, yea there was reason for the ban. I may not like it, but it was there. Eh.. you took one for the server, for that, Thank you!

I dunno. Obviously sassy was not innocent, but I don't see how those qualify as harassment. She said nothing to yutard directly. If he (or anyone) was offended by the cursing, then they shoulda had their filter on. To be harassment, I think whatever you say has got to be directed at them, or something they can't ignore (like tells, or using say in their vicinity). The snowballs were probably closer to harassment, but since he was AFK, how could that have been harassing?

I havn't been back to see if i am banned from SOE forums. Actually i dont really care if i am or not. I do know that if this duo relationship that Yuyoy and his pocket GM continues and doesn't get the punishment which warrents the actions that they have taken, more GM's or otherwise will be bringing their friends, family members, or sexual partners to either harass, mentor or otherwise abuse the powers granted them to HELP the COMMUNITY of a server. I for one can not stand the normal drama, i log in to play, play hard, and to basicly have fun. The only reason why I havent is due to the guild that I'm in and the friends that i have made. With that being said, if it continues, and if i am harrassed for speaking my mind (minus the insults.. blah blah blah), SOE can kiss my subscription goodbye. I know MANY people who would take a more drastic approach and sue SOE for the blatent disreguard of the rules imposed to GM's, but if it is written down, sent, or otherwise, the REPRESENTIVE of SOE in the form of a GM would be held responsible and the company that employs him. How many times have you heard of someone getting millions of dollars for getting abused from a low end worker of a company? I don't really think that SOE wants a few dozen law suits over 2 people. I know that i really don't have much to lose over it. They grant us th ablilty to move to a different server to get away from such problems from other members of the community (i.e. players), but when the problems come from an SOE member.. it's kinda crossing the line.

I know I said that on Thursday this past week.
Maybe a suspension for swearing (which I still think is stupid), but harrassment? I mean I seriously?!? I have logged on Sin and Sassy maybe 4 times in 2 months. That was the first time I participated in any conversations about Yuyoy. Mind you that stuff was said AFTER I got the mail.

I got mail from Chandrok on 2 toons that hadn't been logged in over 3 weeks. Sinphonie was on Tuesday night, I never addressed him, said anything about him, and Thursday I got the mail.

It really doesn't bother me that I can't play, b/c I don't play really anymore. But it is the principle of it. SOE won't even provide the proof I requested. I think they should have to.

I stopped watching this one for a bit and whoa boy!!

Well, thre whole contested mob thing and level 1's coming to watch.. on LDL when Strike Xferred there and Matron has not yet been killed (I know we're a bunch of lazy cyb0ring fucks, leave us alone, but damn we give good roleplay!) Defiance (at the time) and a couple of us other pick up slut raiders (like moi) includign a bunch of folks who normally wouln't even wat to talk to one another much less group together had banded into a raid to try and take her down before Strike. Since we're a bunch of laid back carebears, even we took it as mostly a relaxed copetition to keep a xfer guild from taking our server firsts; at this point they can have all the contesteds they want, we don't too uch care, they play their way we play ours, whatever.

Anyway at the time some folks from strike's old server (whose name eludes me, butcherblock?) make some level 1s and came out to Mara to watch, cause it was the defiance + allies raid, and Strike was also forming up, and we were gonna be taking turns on matron. The names of the level 1's watching weren't eveb offensive, no one was saying aythign rediculous that I noticed in shouts or ooc or anything (people may have been rootig for LDLers to kill her, but that was abotu it) - there was no extra anyone to take the matrons adds (that I remember, I was in MT group so kinda focused on that) etc.

Next thing we know, a GM Jeremy shows up.

So, maybe it is kinda a 'thing' that they just watch (if they know it is going to happen) to make sure a bunch of level 1's don't try to shaft raidguilds puling contesteds?

As for getting a GM canned for favoritism - its prolly realy difficult.

I was also banned on SOE forums for complaning about strict oderation, though that was for the forum mods,not GM's. Their answer to complaining about strict moderation is to moderate you strictly.

The best way to deal with any of these folks is to be friendly, calm, intelligent... basically, imagine you have been forciby locked into a psych ward, and you are trying to convince an orderly to let you out. That's about the aount of patience and calm you have to have. Ultimately, soem of these people can be and are awesome people, but you deal with one too many assholes, and after tat, all you see are assholes. I have one GM 'contact person' who I'd contact for stuff who has been very helpful, but I don't bother her unless it is SUPER important. (Came up when my guild name got changed, and also had the opportunity to ask her about a guildmate's banning a few weeks later for reasons unknown that she was almost able - but not quite - to let me know what was going on and to calmm my and hhi nerves abbout it a bit).

The thing is realitically Yuyoy should have 'a rap sheet a mile long' from all of the petitiosn sent in. The rap sheet is likely just being ignored, especialy if one GM is the one who keeps checkig on his casefile, or wh knows,t ere could be a huhge note at the top that says
"see Chandrok" if another GM does happen to answer a petition against him.

It is beginning to turn into your only option being ignoring the douchebag, I mean literally /ignnoring him. And maybe everyone who has been bannedm, disciplined, warned, etc, send a petition saying, look, I am /ignoring him from now on, and make sure he is actually /ignored on your community lists for all toons etc. Then if he sends another petition about you his ations would appear more suspect.

But honestly I just don't know. Normally one person is easy enough to drive off via peer pressure alone, but this turd apparenntly refuses to flush.

Again, good luck Kithicor, and I ask the gods that they cange that psycho's meds sometime soon to grat you all a little peace.
