Wow--deja vu. My ex-wife did the exact thing to me while we were both playing EQ1; only in my case she took a bunch of money and ran away, leaving me with a bunch of debt and an empty bank account. The only real advice I can give you has already been mentioned previously-file for divorce, don't even try to reconcile.
Staying with her is only going to make you absolutely miserable. Had my wife done something a bit more noble and actually told me of her intentions instead of just leaving, I'd probably have had to overcome much more then the inevitable alcoholism and drug addiction that stemmed from my situation. Look at it this way-if you could get away with something once, even if you regretted it; what's to stop you from doing it again?
