Sometimes it is not that simple, though I am not saying this is one of these cases as I have never heard that Shin was violent towards Kai, just himself. But getting out is not as easy when you are abused by your spouse, either physically or mentally.

And I'd just like to say that it seems to me people wouldn't be saying nearly as bad of things about the cheater in this situation if it had been reversed and the guy was cheating. When girls cheat they get labeled sluts and cockwhores and have all kinds of degradating things said about them. Fuck you indeed. Anyone who cheats in a relationship is breaching trust, and it's a game over then and there, no questions asked. The thing you don't understand is the perception. The guy that cheats and breaks the trust doesn't get patted on the back, but he owns up and moves on. He doesn't make some bullshit ass excuse about being driven into it blah blah poor me.
