To address the valid points:
1. We dont know if they "privately" knew. If you have some confession of such to show me I am all ears (and eyes).

2. Didnt the lawyer for the supposed victim get disbarred in the Lacrosse case? A lawyer being disbarred is probably the biggest price he could pay. If you expect something more by way atonement, please take a number and stand on line for that pound of flesh that's never gonna come.

Hmmm.....we have gone a long way from pointing out the use of an ingame mechanic to cheat an innocent unsuspecting player of his loot. Which after SOE looked over supporting data and through the use of the proper petiton method decided that the perpetrator had in fact mislead the player and penalized him accordingly.To a discussion on racism, the holocaust, slavery and the definition as to what is a racial slur and what is not. I must thank all involved who have made this a most interesting and thought provoking string, but I must also say I am truly afraid of where society is going if what some of you spout here are your true ideals and beliefs have become commonly held amongst people. It does go a long way though to explain why so much of what is occuring in the world today even as I type this is not only accepted but condoned by so many. The events of the past can be debated over and over and as we see no one wins, there are always 2 or more views or opinions, but the events taking place in the world today cast a vast shadow over the past and some of you here by what you say most likely find them acceptable and that too me is truly frightening.

LFG - it's his site, so his rules on what's permissible or not
SOE - it's their game so they decide what is or is not permissible, and when you do something they deem is not permissible they decide what the penalty is

spot on, this whole thread is full of people trying to defend the absurd. I just don't understand how speaking ill of jews is bad but calling poland on some neo-nazi shit is a OK (neo-nazis exists everywhere and they are real real bad in germany itself -- there's a neo-nazi political party ffs. you know, germany, the mother of nazism)

I met a rather large clique of neo nazis from Poland that were pretty adamant where they stand. Did I say Poland was the capitol of n-nazism? No. Did i say N-nazis only come from Poland? No. Not sure why i hurt your feelings so bad, you from Poland?

First of all I'm almost positive that Prysm was just being a smart ass with no actual bearing on that. Secondly that was my point to Elleffgee but he clearly missed that 100 times and even a former guild mate tried to point it out to him. Fact is most of these people going all out to defend their case and view on racism are making absurdly racist comments themselves.
