I read the whole thing. I cried a little, I laughed a little, it was the best of times, it was the worst of times….

What I learned:

If you are a member of Disso pissing on others is not only ok, but apparently encouraged.

Cochy defrauded a poor slob of 100plat or a master depending on how you look at it and does not consider himself a "Plat stealing Jew.” But when a GM took the same 100plat or master he would have had if he had not engaged in fraud, that GM was a “plat stealing Jew.” Interesting!

Picking on annoying retards is not ok no matter how much they ask for it, even if you don’t know they are retarded.

If you are a retard who somehow gained favor with disso, you are untouchable. If you are any other kind of retard then disso encourages its members to defraud you, pick on you, step on you, and otherwise mistreat you.

Disso really really hates LFG, and possibly even awards DKP for flaming LFG here.

LFG is the only straight man in San Francisco. And if you call him gay he will get very upset, probably because then he would loose his standing as SF’s only straight man. But it is ok for San Franciscans to call him “fag.”

Hoss slept through most of his history classes.

All Russians want socialism back, and all Russians love democracy and want it to work.

Laodoran is calling LFG a bigot because LFG won’t allow Laodoran to use bigoted words here, hmmmmm. And he thinks he is an intellectual!

Most people who post here don’t realize that “Jew” is both a race and a religion.

Most people who post here don’t realize that anti-Semitism is the proper term for racism or religious hatred targeted at Jews.

Redhook in Brooklyn changes a man. (I lived in Redhook for a while, I am white and atheist. Stayed away from doors with bullet holes in them and did just fine.)

LFG hates Laodoran worse then the ten next contestants combined.

Laodoran is annoying as all hell, wins his arguments by taking ad nauseam to the extreme, and then brags he won simply because everyone else started ignoring him.

Henladar apparently likes being nauseated, and admires Laodoran for being able to do that even though he admits he can’t really stand Laodoran.

It took me just over 4 hours to read 2k plus posts, and the jury is out on whether or not it was time well spent.

Did I miss anything?

This is the best post in this thread, i just wanna make a couple comments ...
1) i could be wrong (but i have been told this by several people of the Jewish faith), that Jew/jewish is a reference to the faith (or those of the faith) and Semite is the term for the peoples 'racially' (I could be wrong but its what i was told).
2) If disso gives DKP for flaming LFG, i wonder if they are starting a trend to progressively figure out ways to give out DKP rather than simple raiding.
3) Your from Redhook? Thats where i spent most of my early days (still in the BK but not chilling in the hook anymore)

Never heard of ya before this post but well put overall.

Lived right on border of Redhook and Crownheights, hence the reference to being white and atheist since all the other whites there were Jews, heh. If you lived there then you also understood the doors with bullet holes reference. I lived there in the early 90s, assuming things haven't changed much.

lol not much at all, the hook's still not the best place to be. And yeah i'm White, but Roman Catholic (by birth not practice anymore). Its true though if your white and there, generally that means your Jewish.

It HAS gotten better, cept by some of the projects, but for the most part its still what it is from then.

I chill in Clinton Hills, been in Brooklyn the last 15 years. Red Hook is actually becoming quite "gentrified". They put a Fairway supermarket up and have alot of housing planned (Lux Condos). So if you were there back in the day it may be very different to you now. I went to some swanky cafe/restaurant there not too long ago.
