Yeah it was wrong. If someone says trade and opens a duel bet window they are wrong. Period. Dot.

But with the OP saying that the guy was asking 400 plat for a Master... he isn't so clean and shiny either.

I hate gougers and cheaters both, so I really can not help see this as Karma. I'm sure Cochy will face repercussions over this, either from SOE or something fucked up IRL.

I also agree the guy who lost the duel-bet was a tool for not READING before clicking Accept.

This same situation has happened before on Kithicor and the person had logs of the arrangement, the person who had duel bet the other was suspended for 3 days.. with cochys last offense being almost banned entirely this was pretty stupid ass thing to do for 100p. Cochy should pay this guy or disso anyways, you guys should be good for the plat.

EDIT - I do feel however ppl charging 5 kajillion plat for slight upgrades is fucking retarded, just dont agree in this sort of way is justifiable.

Even though your guildie is a huge arse for even asking 200 plat, Cochy is a bigger arse for trying to manipulate someone to get something for free.

Using something we all laughed about against known Bots is not as fun as when you use it against your average player who never realised there are people about who are nasty enough to deceive others. (or that SOE made it this could happen)

If you say there is no difference between a known Bot and a player then that should work in favour of the bot.

I am pretty sure we all despise people who try to take our RL money with a trick. I am pretty sure this guy/gal despises Cochy for tricking him into getting this master for free from him.

I am normally not a "moral" knight rider, but people who abuse others like this should at least not get support from arse lickers on public boards.

For the reccord tho! tell your friend to use the broker pay his house fee and next time tell the guy the price has been set to the agreed ammount, go buy it before another of your class does.
