It's not a station exchange server, and if that player was planning on using RMT service with cochys plat he is violating the agreement he accepted when he logged in.

So he lost a little bits on a server that he couldn't use, and lost out on some plat maybe he could've equipped his little e-avatar with some cute pixel clothes
