As you can see, I didn't read beyond Cochy's own words to find the name of the spell. I should have looked down to the trade log, I was working off the dialogue in which Cochy said he wanted to buy Masked Attack.

You are an idiot. Any item is worth whatever someone agreed to pay for it. If there is a buyer willing to pay 200 plat for a Master, then it is worth 200 plat, and OP was stupid to charge so little. Take a fucking econ class ffs. Your personal opinion of what things are worth obviously has zero effect on economy or what people are willing to charge/spend. Do tell us how you would only charge 10 plat for a conj or necro pet Master when there are people saying in chat that they are willing to pay 100+ plat for those.

Money in this game is just about useless, except to twink alts and to buy food, drink, spells, poisons and repairs. There are LOTS of people with many thousands of plat. Paying a whopping 5% of your bank for a latest Master is a pittance.

Once supply of Masters increases, and more people will get them, prices will fall. This is exactly what happened when KoS launched, it will happen again. Bitching at people charging 100 plat (a really low price, considering all the plat flowing into economy) is stupid.

I made over 150 plat since RoK launch in just quest rewards + vendor loot, just on a single character (and I have 3 more to gring 70-80), if someone posted a caster pet Master for 150 plat, I'd buy it in a flash.

As far as the main point, SoE cracked hard on trade scams back when eq1 launched (and it was possible to alter trade after the person hit ACCEPT), so I expect it would do so in this case, provided OP petitioned it.

Quite simple, the moron was stupid enough to fall for it. Doesn't matter that Cochy agreed to pay 100p for it. Morality can go fuck itself for all he cares if he wants to, since the noob has pretty much no control over what happens next, unless he wants to get Cochy banned.
Since it looks like he hasn't been banned yet, I'd say the moron learned a lesson in patience.
