It just saddens me to see that you guys have the same low moral standards as most of our young society today.

Cochy, I know this is a game but real people play it giving real time. When you ripped him off, you were no different than a thief on the streets. You have proven to the world that you would rather cheat and steal than be a man. I feel sorry for you. Maybe your parents lack any kind of moral standard but you can change before it's too late.

I can only hope that you actually learned something.

You must not have played eq1. There was faaaaar worse shit that went on in eq1 than someone getting screwed out of a master. People would sell accounts for thousands of dollars and reclaim them. I can't even begin to list all the exploits and cheats that went on.

One of my favorites was when they added familiars for wizards. If you invised yourself it would crash the zone and kill you and leave a corpse full of all your items and inventory. But when you revived you still had everything on you. Thus a full coin and item dupe that was replicated by someone I knew who quickly became the richest person on the server, and he never received and repercussions but the bug was quickly fixed.

What I find even more funny is that Dreeg never even sent me 1 tell outside of a wtf tell after it happened. His guildies bitched me out but it was almost like he didn't care. To me that's just the sign of a platfarmer and it always will be /shrug.

Nice comparisons to real life there, and i love the way you call out his parents for obviously raising him wrong. I would say that maybe you should report this criminal to your local police and maybe make an anonymous call to the FBI on this one as well. To the idiots that saw the wisdom of this posters views you should also make some follow up calls to the authorities as well. It is completely obvious that Cochy is probably now on the streets stealing purses and robbing people since he is not allowed in game and he must be stopped.

Blaming the guild is how the shit all started anyways, the player ripped off was in a botter guild, or one known to have botters in it.

The community jumped on this because one person started a post protecting there botter friend in guild because he pays the guild very well to harbor him and his co-workers, nice.

What do you want him to learn from this? Maybe you should track him down and have a sit down with his folks and solve the issue where it stems from. You seem to be very good at pushing your morals from behind a computer screen, so maybe just send an email. Please get over yourself and your self righteous beliefs and just kill shit, in-game of course.

As far as our youth having the same issues, maybe if you stopped playing a video game and talking shit on your computer you would have the time to go out in the real world and try to make a difference. Please go push YOUR morals on others.

So according to some of you since people cheated in EQ1 it's ok now. Oh and if the player is a plat farmer in your book that's ok too. But wait, it doesn't matter what you think because according to customer service it's not ok. gg
