i know you really like yourself, but the only people we rip into in guild are people underperforming. thats how its always been.

I admit that near the end of when I was in Disso, I was pretty burned out. I'd stopped paying attention, was crafting during raids, etc. It was time for me to move on, I'd had enough.

But what I'm saying is in the guild's culture, which was also the case before you came along. It had nothing to do with my performance at the end of my time with the guild.

I'm pretty sure I sucked even worse in CL than I did in Disso, yet everyone was nice to each other and treated me and everyone else humanely while I was there. It was a family atmosphere, which doesn't and never has existed in Disso.

Pretty sure Disso only treats people like shit when they really suck other that we are pretty nice to each other.

Thats exactly the way I want it. B/C Disso or anyone in this game is not my family. CL is not your family. My family is downstairs watching TV, or making dinner, or at the local watering hole and some burned out dumbass who is wasting my time is keeping me from my family and turning my hobby into work. As soon as this game turns to work you should not be playing.
