I would say that 99% of the major corporations in North America have Dignity and Respect clauses written into their Business Codes of Conduct that you sign when you are hired. That's zero tolerance.

If I hear the word guinea, greaser or WOP one more time on this site used in a derogatory fashion I'm going to get medieval on this website. In fact, in the same fashion the term "N word" is used, lets just start refering to these terms as the g-word, or W word. If this isn't acceptable then all words should be spelled at to keep things equal imho.

no theres been open discussion on this kind of stuff for months. i was replying to the guy that brought this up a coupl pages ago he said other comments, but was saying how its not that big a deal depending on the context.

Edit - And even that post way earlier had nothing really to do with black people. I'm sure if disso was named noble gravediggers, people would have put 2 and 2 together and have been calling us the noble graveniggers for years.
