I'm assuming Cochy, like most raiders, was /anon, or at least /role. I don't find it a problem that the victim asked if he was evil. He probably just wanted to use his CoQ instead of his call to Maj'dul.

I'll assume that Cochy circled behind Dreeg for a quick decapitate assuming he fell for the con. He wouldn't have seen the blue circle around Cochy if he was playing in first person view. If Cochy wasn't trying for a decap, he should lose his forum admin privileges immediately for not knowing how to play his class. I don't know if LFG cares about character when assigning forum admin rights. Cochy better hope not.

I have never paid more than 7p for a spell. Despite the fact that I can afford it, I simply don't think the prices are worth it. On the flip side, I've never charged more than 10 and that was a long time back when they were much more rare. Today, I price things for what I would expect to pay (1 - 5 depending on the spell).
Good for you. I don't pay high prices for masters, nor do I charge them. Its bullshit to do so. A self perpetuating economy in the shitter is what these terrible prices do.
Having said all that, I don't have the right to dictate to others what they can charge.

Again, yes. If someone has broken English, is charging abominations for prices, and falls for duelbet, I'd wager a decent amount of RL money that the person is a bot. Especially wearing a guild tag that other known bots are in. This isn't the American court of law, I can accuse anyone I want of whatever I want and claim them guilty without general court proceedings.

At most, the guild in question (Noble Gravediggers on Nek) has an open membership policy, they guild whoever asks to be guilded. So, they've guilded bots who've snuck in as members before. I think they've removed them later when discovered, however.

And lack of English skills hardly makes someone a bot.
