What do you expect him to say, even if it was true. You know all this fucking shit could be cleared up in a blink if SOE would see fit. Either SOE adheres to its own rules, or it has no right to enforcement or chastisement of other people who break them. I don't care if the guild has done wonders for the game (Good on 'em if they have, and it sounds reasonable to think so), I don't care if Unrest is a low population server that needs a shot in the arm (which may or may not be true).

What matters is that its just as rule breaking as someone buying plat on a non exchange server because it violates the environment the players on that server expect, as described by the rules.

Eh they make the rules. They can change them on a whim and back again if they wish. That's what happens when you're the boss. The good news is they aren't taking their ball and going home with it. They are still allowing you to play a service they provide. As stated before crying about it will do nothing.
