No solution can omit the deleting of the characters. What we are now watching for is how many sorrowful emo things Brenlo can say to distract while the characters are still live. But they regardless must be deleted.

Gallenite had nothing to do with it. It was a mistake from rumors here. They said on the official forums it was NOT Gallenite.

SoE is never going to say who did it.

Even if they really don't think that it was a big deal. You don't say that in a very anger thread of players. It's apparently a big deal to many players. Trying to downplay it makes you look really bad.

They needed to excerise better damage control. Here is what happened..here is what is being down...here is how we are going to keep it from happening.

For fuck sakes, even if you are actually not scolding the employee sinvolved, you fucking make it look like heads are rolling.
