I followed this breaking news throughout the day almost as closely as I would a natural disaster. Kudos to LFG and others for breaking and then staying on top of this.

How fucking weak to throw a guilt trip on the community (really, the entire eq2 community minus a few fanbois) cuz you did something so fucking retarded and got caught. It's unbelievable how poorly the new top producer handled this situation. All he needed to do was post 2 sentences saying they were sorry, that the issue would be corrected, and that it wouldn't happen again. Instead he decides to try and lay a guilt trip on the player base, acting like SOE are victims being persecuted by a playerbase on a witch hunt. It's the stupidest thing he could have done and I'm a lot madder now than I would have been even if they had just ignored the issue (because I'm not on Unrest and have that luxury, I guess).
