It just pisses me off so much. I mean...I have been banned before for shit...and legitimate shit...but all this is so ridiculous. I actually started by saying to be patient...then when all of the links by LFG came over...well...no need to be patient waiting for the truth when it drops from the sky and bonks you on the head.

Admittedly after that I was reacting to the situation much like others...with anger, dissappointment, and surprise.

And am now banned...Gnobrain really should just fully ban me. How does one go back to posting there after being insulted like that?



As for Bruce "Frenchie" whatever his name is...that was about the most insulting shit I have seen..I dont even play on test anymore (did for a week) and I think his "apology" blaming the playerbase for ruining such a nice gesture to the most important players EVER to grace an MMO.

What a load of horseshit. I am not, nor have I threatened to leave over this...but I am sure after that tirade of an apology, many will decide to go test Hello Kitty MMO over this.


And for what its worth...they STILL should not let anyone transfer off of the Test Server, sorry if that irks any testers. But the rules were there for very obvious reasons.

They can STILL go create char.'s on Live servers and benefit from the increase in population over the test server.

One last thing, and not wholly related to the issue at hand...I want to thank, for the first time, LFG and Illuminator and any others involved in the creation of this site. I had not seen any real benefit to a site like this tbh...but as I saw with this incident, it would only have been covered up repeatedly on the official forums.

For this scoop, and any future or past ones I missed during my hiatus from the game...thanks. You guys did a great job on this. I am glad the playerbase has folks willing to put these things out there.

Yes, some of the lower level people within SOE were very angry about this. The guy who had to spend two days doing hand work to get UT over from Test to Unrest in the best manner he could originally refused to do it, but then only did it after receiving a direct order to do it.

Don't hate the lower level devs for this, they hated this as much as you do. I agree with what Panthera has written about this above, it wasn't worth quitting over after being ordered to do it.

QFE there, LFG. She's already my favorite Dev just for helping to make mastercrafted gear viable again for the march to RoK treasured gear in T8. Even though this fiasco is not her department, I think her input here on some level would be a good first step towards damage control in this situation.

Since I'm playing on Nektulos and the Bazaar, I'm not really directly affected by the whole fiasco. But I'm very empathic and when I sit back for a few minutes and try to put myself in the shoes of a veteran Test player who just got bitch slapped with "kindness", I can feel my blood pressure start to rise.

Been away for a bit from this topic, need a quick update without breezing through 40 pages of text as ive only got a few minutes online today. Questions:

I understand the fingers being pointed at Grimwell, whats gunna happen to him? Another finger in the ass and a slap on the wrist or something more serious?

Also, I think the only way to really solve this is move back all the characters they transferred from Test, or im going to petition a GM to summon me 50 masters just like Luckyx and his cronies did. I know how easy it is for a senior GM to delete items from a specific character, it takes about 10 seconds per item, and about 1 sentence of text. Piss easy, so why dont they just delete all their items?

Any sign of sony moving them back to Test, or moving everybody on Test onto live?

And wtf why the fuck hasnt sony responded? Its been days now.

Finally: LOL At Luckyx for at first replying to this thread and then realising hes royally fisted himself and running away with his tail in his tits. Luckyx if you got any balls, and your obviously reading this closely, fucking reply and speak up for ruining an entire economy by putting all that shit on the broker?

Its bad enough they moved, worse that theyre showing thier shit off on broker. Who says Luckyx doesnt 'still' have the powers he had on test? Think about it...

Brenlo has responded and stated that grim had nothing to do with any of it.
I think one of them responded (its a little shady as it was a shit ton to read) that grim did indeed take a guild invite to get to know some of the community leaders (or some shit) better. But it had nothing to do with the *kindness* (I call bullshit here)


Then Bruce, the new prick, responded with a slap in the face.. guilt tripping the community for being upset and stating that they were going to remove the characters from the live server..
At this time, stuff is still being sold (I am being told) and the supposed deletes are going very slowly.. if at all.
