Re: Unhallowed Triad/Unrest - moved from Test by SOE
From Kwong on his Test board:

LFG got what he wanted though, a new flame thread to help drive up his site hits. Its always great when he can post a subject that isn't server or class specific, its a sure fire guarentee to generate a lot of activity on his site. In short, you all got used to drive up his advertising revenues... don't think for one minute that he gives one hoot about you or your situation.

Kwong, your rationalization, misplaced blame, and self pity is pathetic. You keep acting as if you were a stellar member of the Test community. If that was true, you wouldn't have helped Lucky destroy the Test server based on your greedy, self-seeking, and self-interested behavior. You should have tried to work out a deal for all members of Test, not just yourselves.
You have no one to point your finger at except your own mirror. You, Lucky, and your rationalization, misplaced blame, and self pity have created this drama. All I did was report facts. You dug the cesspool and filled it up, not me.

The screenshot I posted is one of Lucky's alts.
I'm seriously tempted to start a new character on Unrest and join the fun there.
EDIT: Nah, I'm having too much fun on Nagafen.

Just to underline, the person who wrote that thread linked in LFG's post is the same person about whom I wrote, earlier in this thread :
As an aside, a word of respect for one person who has acted with integrity and uncommon valor. Somone I'd never even heard of before this. Kethaera has stepped down as forum mod at eq2test.com and is leaving Test over this issue
Kethaera wrote: Whoa, whoa, whoa! I'm not banned!
I'm voluntarily stepping and leaving the game of my own free will because I can't stand being slapped in the face by SOE again.
I've known about the corruption on Test for a long time, and have been working just as long to stop it, only to see those who participated in such things called "dedicated testers" who deserve "favors" and "kindness," while the rest of us got the big ole middle finger.
I've had it, and I'm leaving of my own accord. I doubt anyone at SOE even knows who I am. The senior management know the inside scoop on all of this. This is why Bruces message is such an insult.
Interesting that kwoung says in that thread :
As for what Lucky posted, I didn't see a lie in there. It was all done on the up and up and it did go up through the proper channels right on up the chain to the top as far as I am aware. I know for a fact Scott was well aware of our desire to do this, because I emailed him personally about it a couple times. I honestly never expected them to say yes, but like everything in life, if you never ask, you never recieve.
And also claims :
Lucky lost those powers long long ago and honestly, I can't belive that old news was even brought up. Anything gained from that period of time has long been replaced. Like I said, I did not go into the entire thread, but everything I did see linked and bitched about was all gained via regular game play.
Lets at least give respect where its due; they must be a pretty decent guild if they have Mayong et al on farm status.
Or maybe ...

Wow.. the freeking moron can't be bothered to even read what is going on before rambling like a clueless idiot.
Seems he considers C-Mayong and Matron gear to be "relative crap from 2 expansions back"

Kwoung and Zindi are good people and are not in any way responsible for this mess. They have been a positive force on Test since before I started playing in Jan/Feb 2005.
That said, his determination to use ignorance as a defense isn't flying any better for him than it does for our political leaders and I really wish he'd just man up about it and tell UT to drop dead. Kwoung & Zindi used to run their own very nice little guild and I wish they'd never joined up with the other. Defending corruption and cheating by claiming naiveté is low.

Re: Unhallowed Triad/Unrest - moved from Test by SOE
Ill ask again since we were told this would be fixed by the end of the day yesterday. Why are these players and there guild still on unrest?
Nothing has really been fixed and it seems personal favor is still being granted to these players!

This was posted by Kuulei on EQ2forum - href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?start=900&topic_id=399007"
The whole thing started in October. Ventrillo is buzzing as everyone is discussing the woes of Test Server. If we can't get the 'testers' to help with EoF content because they shun all of UT due to the inability to let past transgressions of the past, that were handled by SoE yet will never be forgotton, how are we going to Test anything in RoK? Heck we never seen a EoF contested, Never cleared FTH, MMIS or EH we lacked key classes and numbers.
We should just start over somewhere...
We chose unrest.
Re-rolling at level one and restarting over is hard, especially in a new server. How dedicated is this group of friends who can forgive and enjoy each others company? Enough that many actually paid to move from other Live servers that had toons scattered around in live before they found test server.
Yes, we had asked if it was at all possible to move willing to pay the transfer fees, but we never expected it to come about.
Forward to December, many of us that restarted in October, I was a late comer, not starting over at level one on unrest until October 25, are now 50+ in level, established in the community, tradeskillers working hard as the adventurers and we even have dinged the new guild to level 30! My new Kuulei was level 59 with 87 aa's! Over 500 quests completed! She was also a t5 carpenter. Then the 'word' came back that they 'scrubbed' and moved us. It was NOT a slap in the face to other testers. A request was granted 6 weeks after the fact. Did they put in a request? No.
Forward to Present.
Everything I have done is gone. My copied toons as well as the one I leveled the hard way, which was never given a thing by my copies because that wouldn't be right and the armor she wore, spells scribed all purchased through consignment from local crafters with hard earned cash she earned on her own.
Imagine enjoying the game and your friends so much, nothing will deter you from playing, not the drama, transgressions or the fact that you are labled as a cheat by association. I Had to start over at level 1 adventurer and tradeskiller last night (she is level 10 now). So who lost the most here? The posters that cried 'my feelings are hurt', lied about our gear, lied about our cash (come on now, those that are on or have been on test can see we have no economy so what the heck are we going to spend 3 years accumulation of coin on?) or the ones that have lost everything they have worked hard for since November of 2004?
Would I ever return to test? Never. Who would want to return to a close-minded community that I help build but refused to play with me because of my tag?
Good luck to those I still consider friends and still call me a friend.

From reading the posts on the test server, some of the folks in the guild on unrest actually rolled toons there and were not simply copied over. Wether that is true or not I have no clue, but that could explain why the guild is still there and some folks guilded with them.

LOL to the red highlighted text..
Wahhhh its so HARD.. OMG
I work full time 5 days a week and have rerolled twice.. and am now sitting at lvl 77 with my third character (one still at 70, and one at 74).
People who created characters on test knew the conditions.. and even asking for a transfer (whether approved or not) was wrong.
Just because its hard to lvl? Come on...
