Also, the issue is who rates Dev Favors of this magnitude. We all pay the same sub per account. SOE Policy, Stated by Mooreguard on the original and unchanged Test FAQ states that there are NO transfers off test. None, Never. It is about Consumer and business ethics and trust, you pathetic moron.
