And yeah, only a senior exec could frivolously take out a two-day block of developer time in any software production environment.

As of 10:20am PST on 12/16, Unholy Trinity no longer exists on eq2players, and Unhallowed Triad (the level 30 guild, not 60) is still around, with lots of high level (yet "Anonymous" and with characters totally blocked so its hard to tell) characters on it. EverQuest II Players

This character in particular has a very odd profile: EverQuest II Players

First, their name doesn't show up even tho its blocked (check any of the other "Anonymous" Characters to see what I mean) and if you try to click any of the other tabs, it throws you back to the main EQ2Players page. Very weird. =/

But yeah, thats the level of my investigation for the day. I believe the dev's have done what they said, they removed the characters they transferred from test and removed the guild they formed. Unholy Trinity is now gone, but the rest of the characters are difficult to know if they're truely gone (Lucky is still around, but he is only selling low level stuff on his alt, Unhallowed, Luckyx's broker items are gone) or if their names have just been changed.

I just don't get it. If they got caught with their hands in the cookie jar, why didn't they just accept it and do damage control. All they had to say is,

"Yes, we screwed up. This should of never happened. We are taking steps to remove the characters. We've also having some additional training time to better teach employoees to draw the line between their interaction with players in game. We want to make sure that this type of incident never occurs again."

Easy, right? Any fucking company in the world with a brain would of said something like this..even if there was no additional training. They are suppose to blow sunshine up the customer's asses.

Instead, he posts some bullshit that basically insults his own playerbase. WTF? Are they that stupid? You NEVER do damage control leaving the customers believing that it's their fault. NEVER. Customer Service 101. I can't believe that fucktard on his first day would lay such a tainted groundwork for his new tenure.

I checked on EQ2 Players and there are 2 others besides the one you cited that are anonymous and whose name will not show up.

Also woth nothing is the anonymous 73 Troub. whose name is Taffitoon and he is still playing and active on the Unrest server. Not sure if he was one of the ones copied but at level 73 I suspect he was.

So it looks like the cheaters are still active on the Unrest serve -- so much for Bruce's words that "we are reversing it".

Taff transferred from another server, she played on live before she came to test and got involved with UT.

This may be the biggest load of bullshit I have every heard from SOE EVER. If you're so fucking kind why didn't you offer to move anyone else. If you're so fucking kind why didn't you give everyone else on unrest or all live servers the extra EXP they missed because they didn't play on test.

This is outright and blatant favoritism or it would have applied across the board to everyone. Not just whatever fuckstick was rimjobbing sombody at SoE.

Is he seriously try and make US feel guilty because of this? This post is truly mind-boggling. Its like a mugger going to court and saying. Well I was GOING to give the money I stole from you to a charity but I guess NOW the homeless people are going to starve all because you where so selfish and didn't want to be mugged.

Taff as far as I can tell is in shit gear. I have made it a point to inspect any of them I see running around and take an SS if they have unusual gear. Pretty sure this guy is legit.
