Not refuting that at all, I did of course make a few inquiries and I definately agree this was wrong, w/o announcing it before hand (this isnt the kind of thing you spring on your customers)

too bad we won't see anything else official besides Bruce's apology

One of the nice things about EQ2 is that the dev team actively plays and participates with the community, even if it does cause some problems... its tons better then a game with people who have never even played their product live

From an administrator's standpoint much would depend on the guilty employee's work history- including past indiscretions. The guilty employee's behavior was condoned by Ferguson, EQ2's Senior Producer, himself. I have little faith that he will be terminating anyone over this debacle any time soon.

My mom actually raided with that guild that got transfered over and refused to come over to unrest. She said that the only server should would xfer to was Vox because she wanted to pvp.. why not just copy pve toons over to pvp for some david sunflower seeds soe. /needs sleep

Personally I'd kinda like to know who it was, but not for the reason you might initially think. I'd actually like to thank them. Not for actually doing it, but for actually saying no initially. Most people don't have the sack to stand up to management at all these days and will play doormat, even when asked to do something they know is distasteful/wrong by management. I also understand the pragmatism of having done it once the direct order came down as it's easy to say you'd refuse, quit, etc from the outside, but if you are doing something you love, and you get put in the position of having to either do something you hate to keep what you love, or bend your morals for a moment so you can keep not only doing what you love, but keep putting food on your families table, odds are you're going to bend.

I did some research for the Wealthiest Players Leaderboard for Unrest.

There are 6 players listed who are "Anonymous" in the top 100.

Using certain search strings for a character search ( class, race and level ) it was not hard to find out who the 6 "Anonymous" players are.

Here is a list with their ranking on the Wealth board and the names behind the characters.

17th - Spleefz - 80 Bruiser

69th - Solara - 80 Guardian

76th - Prexis - 80 Monk

80th - Lenocinari - 80 Conjuror

86th - Tokkin - 80 Guardian

96th - Greybeard - 70 Swashbuckler

Do any of these toons belong to any guilty parties ?

Im going to say this now as there is no longer any means to keep it hidden. Im not going to offer up any kind of proof and I probably wont even respond to much but SOE EQ2 IS DIEING...

First off all servers or more than just SE for now are going e-commerce... eq2 is not nearly as profitable as the greater unbrella feels it needs to be... There is a huge witchhunt going on inside soe and honestly the management there is so disconnected they will probably never do whats necisaary to fix any of it.... The reason those fucktards were allowed to move is becuase internally soe is sloppy and getting sloppier... If you had any idea how much fruad SE has been hit with for the last 6 months you would honestly wonder why it wasnt simply shut down completely....

Scott leaves Sony gets desprate with livegamer and interanlly dipshits are allowed to run amock and trasnfer people from test to live.. Dupe plat and sell it on exchange through other players for profit... the list goes on and on....

I mean seriously what kind of fucking horrific buisness model beats this... I cant think of a single game that has so much negative PR across there player base .. wait maybe I can.. starwars galaxies...

SOE has a very real very serious problem and it lies with how it manages itself internally... EQ2 is already hurting big time on subs.... How many repeated faliures is it going to take???

Btw and I mean this.. Lucky you make me want to transfer to Unrest and kick your ass... So lucky I have some friends internally too btw.. If the person/s involved werent already fired for what they did I'm going to take all of your posts from here and make you the poster child for why action needs to be taken... GL on your drop rates...

There is a new feature to hide your name and make it anon.
