If wow is so great why arent you playing it?

I bought wow the day it came out... got tired of it in a couple months.

I am, they compliment each other pretty well. I play casually now, so I bounce between the 2.

WoW isnt HORRIBLE, its a good game in some ways, but I prefer eq2.

I think EQ2 would have a much healthier population if Sony would have spent more than the cost of a six pack of generic soda on advertisement.

Everywhere I go I hear about WOW. I've NEVER seen advertisemnts about EQ2, and ive looked.

I bought WoW about 6 months ago. I wanted to see something new. I played it for all of maybe... 3 hours. Peice of shit game. I played EQ1 for 4 years, and EQ2 now 2 years. I haven't found a game, in my eyes, that compares to Everquest.
Also, I am somewhat glad Everquest doesn't advertise like WoW does. I think a large portion of WoWs advertising hits 10-16 year old fuck boys.
There is one thing I like about WoW. It weeds out those 10-16 year old fuck boys.

Agreed the advertisment of EQ2 is dismal trying to get hold of a retail RoK box in the uk was like looking for a needle in a haystack
