I read an article about how the CEO of one of the cell phone providers fired his president-level head of customer service after an email campaign started by unsatisfied customers dumped email after email (all polite but to the point about how this customer service head had encouraged his underlings to commit shady practices - not canceling accounts when requested, etc) into the dude's inbox.
Anyone have smed's email and want to organize something like this? All of the patronage of this site could add up to a LOT of emails, and it might do something in terms of getting rid of these community team clowns as long as it is polite.
