This is the absolute truth. The only thing SOE will hear is dollars. Anything less is just idle threats to them. Those of you that stay for friends, there is email and other video games you can play with them. Stop lining SOEs pockets on one hand and then complain about them on another. Man up and cancel. No reasonable person would let this level of customer service stand in any other industry. You would have taken your patronage elsewhere. So why not in this as well?
