Sad. Basically they cannot man up to the anger they have stirred for repeatedly implementing stuff that clearly was upsetting some of their most dedicated players. I have no idea what to think about a company who consciously decides to block a pipeline of direct consumer feedback. Maybe next time instead of bitching on the forums people will start canceling accounts - I don't think these people want to but man what are we paying for now a days?
