However there are a broad base of players using this site for other things than talking shit about people, for that reason it is sad that such a resource has been smuthered down as much as it has.

I can understand why you are bitter about this site:
Animalistic, Guildleader of Rebellion, Runnyeye
One of the main reasons this site was created was to identify people like you and expose them to public shame.

This means that he still would not be able to reveal anything he learns in the future.

You are pretty dumb on how a NDA works. Once he was removed from the program, the NDA no longer applies from that point on. If he says anything about information acquired during the NDA, he is violating it, but once you are removed from the program, the NDA terminates. His access has been removed, he is not part of the program, thus what is there they can place a NDA on that he is not willing to agree to, as the NDA(more than likely) says that this applies only while you are a member of the program and if you removed from the program, the NDA is only applicable to the content that you were provided while you were a part of the program.
Any NDA that stretches beyond the terms of the program that you are involved with can safely be ignored because it is no longer applicable to you.

Additionally, you have abused your personal access to members of our development teams, with no regard to the harm it might cause them in the process.

I'm trying to determine where exactly and to what proportion to assign blame for this fiasco. Would someone care to elaborate exactly what LFG was accused of doing to abuse his position? Was any actual reason given or was that the entirety of the accusation. Furthermore, I'm curious if LFG was ever given any indication ahead of time by SOE that he was somehow not satisfying the requirements of their program.
I don't know enough to say who is at fault for certain, but from what I can gather Grimwell has nonetheless horribly failed at his job. The community relations manager is supposed to maintain good relations with the community. It would seem that he handled this situation in a manner that could be best described as abysmal. If I were his boss, I would be very seriously considering letting him go. Even if LFG did something to deserve removal from the program, it would be Grimwell's job to see to it that the removal was handled with tact and care, and to be able and willing to demonstrate that they acted with justification. Instead all I see is a short accusatory letter followed by deafening silence.

Just to add "a tiny bit of drama"

Greetings _______,
This is to inform you that you have been removed from the EverQuest Guide Program.
This removal was due to the post you made on the EQ2flames forums.
Since you have have made it quite clear your thoughts about the Guide Program and SOE, I'm sure you will understand this removal.
If you should have any questions please let us know.
On behalf of the Elder Guides,

Now, I see here another perfect example of "SOE PR", do they realy think that I will sign for guide program if I don`t like it? If I don`t want to make this game better?
My thoughts about "Guide Program" were and are only possitive, there is nothing I have against it and people there.
But I can`t say same thing about SOE PR. Looking at how they care about their community is disgusting.
Do I care about removal from Guide Program? NO, I was planing to revoke my application anyway. (I even got no access to it in a first place. I was removed before being fully accepted)
Do I agree with that mail? FUCK NO. And I already stated why.

`Ere we go....

You know it, I know it, other people here know it too. But Joe Teh`Casual`fuck doesn`t even knows definition of hard-core, but he was always told that eq2 - hardcore, vanguard - hardcore and that they failed, and under that assumption he`ll post retarded bullshit asking to nerf anything anywhere. And even worse that $OE will always stay "virgin as angel", they`ll even claim that they fucking tried to make game better.
PS Fuck I even considered starting a thread about how this community can contribute to game, how we can make things better and stuff. After reading this.... well only thing i got to say "FUCK YOU $OE!". You don`t want to have our feedback? I won`t force it on you.
PPS Gnobrin can go fuck himself
PPPS I was considering joining guide program, now i guess i`ll leave it. I don`t know yet, but why I should do their job for free + receive such kicks in nuts (and be happy about it)?
