So the scores so far are as follows:

NPU etc have devs in guild... correct - no denial - it's a fact - result SOE/NPU etc Foul
NPU have been given internal SOE information on a premier mob encounters - correct - evidence presented - no denial - result SOE/NPU Foul
NPU have been fed spawn times on avatars and contested mobs - hearsay (he said/she said) - no first hand confirmation - some credible circumstancial evidence presented - NPU denial - open for debate... - result not yet in
SOE Employee personal/in-game character information posted on EQ2F - information freely available from SOE or freely given by said employees to one or more users - information therefore is already in the public domain - correct - no denial - result EQ2flames no foul.
Dev recieves sexual favours for in-game considerations - hearsay (he said/she said) - circumstancial evidence presented - as yet no confirmation or denail from parties involved - Rresult not yet in

Not sure if I missed anything out because this whole thing has become so eleborate but the half time scores are as follows:

SOE - goes back at least two places, lands on PAY TAXES square resulting in loss of confidence in the management capabilities by it's users
NPU/ETC - Rolls a six but lands on GO TO JAIL, goes directly to jail and must roll a new guild free of devs before their credibility is restored and they can rejoin the game.
EQ2flames - rolls a 2 and lands on TAKE A CHANCE, pulls card and gets the "You are no longer SOE's best buddies, however your popularity and credibility grows amongst hardcore gamers who actually give a rats ass about they game they play - advance to Fleet Street, pass go and collect £200 worth of additional site traffic.
DEVS - unfortunately they can't play because they are too dumb to understand the rules and therefore make it less enjoyable for anyone who has to play against them. I've phoned their mommies and they are coming to pick them up.

I always find it easier to understand complicated situations if I break it down into Monopoly terms ;)

I have been told you were given exact spawn times by current members, past members, and current officers. This is not me making up bullshit, this is a fact. None of my sources have been past recruits.

I've recieved plenty of "rumors" about NPU in my PM box but I have abstained from posting any of them. Even though they are exciting! Everything I have posted in this thread has been done with my integrity in question; I made sure it could not be doubted.

But of course you can always expect Mad "we struggled to figure out the encounter" Biker to come in and spew more bullshit to try and salvage your guilds reputation.

This is not a "spawn window" - this is precise information. I'm sure mike mentioned it to you plenty of times Lamil, not sure why you would deny it.

Thanks man, I did use my best efforts and am glad they were effective.

Had that encounter not been changed, the only guilds who would have ever gotten Mythicals in EQ2 were those who did Druushk 2.0 when you could still leash the adds, or when you wouldn't get additional droags from the same clicker when one was already up.

The guilds who were able to get their Mythicals doing that did so based on either:

1) Luck (although I agree that luck is what happens when skill meets opportunity)

2) Exploiting the encounter

3) Inside information about how the encounter had been changed.

Which of those three things applies to your guild?

Why do you think any one of those three things should serve as the basis for how Mythicals are distributed in EQ2?

Madbiker if you seriously think Druusk was at an appropriate difficulty level (Yes, we could beat it, so dont even try that one) for the average VP guild you are sorely mistaken. We can only hope you never go into game design!
