The dev strat is just fucking uncontested. The language and detail is beyond what you would see outside SOE. Not even MB will come right out and dispute it, and all he fucking does is talk shit. That lends Snark that much cred right there.

Then after he points out that Astaroth, being the dev he is, knows spawn timers of contesteds and gave those schedules to NPU (along with heads up on patch notes), and more people come in to back that up, it sounds perfectly credible to me.

Dev's in a raid guild who gives a fuck its a pc game enjoy it for what its worth. you still get your loot they still get there loot. You click buttons they click buttons any strat they do you get and vice versus. I cant see how people can read all this, see the proof about preferential treatment, loot handouts, giving out strats, test to live transfers, and eq2players forum nazi-ism and still not get the fact that the csr/gm/dev situation is fubar.
Devs shouldn't be allowed to play, much like people who work at casinos cant gamble there.
GMs should be held to higher standards than normal players, not lower ones.

That being said, they are human, they are going to take advantage of the situation if they can, and on that side of the situation, it's an issue of SOE not policing their own.

These 2 examples of circular reasoning kind of sum up this whole battle of words for me.

I mean, I have to assume the information is valid before I can deduce that it is information you would not normally be privvy to. But, because it is not information you would normally be privvy to, this proves that it is valid.

I'm not arguing who is right or wrong here. I'm arguing that the logic behind most of it is flawed and requires me to be stupid in order to buy into it. Well, stupid or biased.
