That being said, they are human, they are going to take advantage of the situation if they can, and on that side of the situation, it's an issue of SOE not policing their own.

Gambling involves real money at a huge cost to cheating to the organistation, its also regulated. This on the other hand is a pc game.

If a developer wishes to play and help a guild what does it matter? There's enough servers and enough high end raid guilds to give you choice.

Strat or no strat NPU still had to kill a mob. All you ever see is these people moaning about the state of devs the game and then they put 9hour+ days into raiding.

Then they come on here and you get your usuals butt licking each other and repeating the same shit that the games broken the games shite the dev community sucks and the games crap so just cancel!!

But thats not the soloution right? its a computer game you either play to enjoy it or its gone to far. If its gone to far you've either got absolutly nothing to do or your addicted and the game will never meet these peoples expectations.

Go do something enjoyable if your not enjoying the game. If you hate the game so much leave.

I dont see a single thing in my post about hating the game, or a single bitch over the game being broken.

and the financial deal over gambling vs playing a game for fun goes right the fuck out the window when there are exchange servers.

Now I'm not going to say that anyone has lied, but in a democracy the burden is always on the plantif. "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" is thrown around a lot in court rooms because it IS what it is.

We can argue all we want that NPU or any other guild does this, I personally think it happens a lot. BUT....

As for hard core facts and evidence. There honestly is none. We all know that everything posted on this thread could be made up out of thin air by dang near any member of this site.

Copied and Pasted emails: ummm probably the easiest to fake.

Screenshots: next in line, but still doable by any hobby photo editor.

Captured video: probably the toughest "evidence" to modify that we would see here, but still doable with something like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc etc. (I'm no video editor myself so I'm not sure what yawl would use)

It's not whether or not that anything said in these forums is fact or fiction, it's the FACT that it's too easy to manufacture evidence by anyone who wanted to do so. Therefore, it breaks down into a he said, she said arguement.

Take everything you read online with a grain of salt and just pretend you're reading the Enquirer or something.

Now, since I love a good flame just as much as the next guy......

its a game and not a competition though! thats just it the people with the issue try to make all this drama out to be worth more than it is worth.
