In civil court, the saying "beyond a reasonable doubt" is out. That is only in criminal court. In civil, its "a preponderance of the evidence" (i believe thats the right phrase) meaning that "most of the evidence seems to say that Mr. Smith is right about the tree hanging over the fence into his yard and making a mess for him to clean up."

I don't think this is anything like a criminal case we're tryin to prove here, but with the evidence as it currently stands, a preponderance of it is definitely pointing towards Snark's information being accurate.

LOl you know what u can just say Fuck you to who ever sent that PM to you .. Because I only camped 2 mobs while i was app .. Matron and Avatar rest of the time Celui and Deleterio and one other guy ( illusionist )and i didnt log on for almost 4 days while i was app ( when i went to vacation ) i actually started camping after 2 or months later i made member so yea i have nothing to ass hurt about it


But yea even if they had the info about contested timers for 2 years or w/e your source said .. its really hard for me to understand why they made Seiryu for almost for month ( the ex-officer ) ... and Ballads , even Alix him self camped contested alot ...
