You're stepping in your own hypocrisy. Right now everyone is asshurt so anyone, and I mean anyone, no matter how honest or unswayed who has a positive thing to say about your current source of pain (SOE) is going to be labeled a fanboy.

Now granted, few are unbiased and unswayed - however the levels of "just kissing SOE's ass" paranoia and mud slinging are unbelieveable. I mean I understand, and see the mobs and the torches and the anger...

But the whole "We're not chasing off anyone" speech is hard to take when yer lacin' up yer track shoes.

All I'm saying is that I reserve the RIGHT to post here. To post my OPINION in as honest a fashion as I am capable. Should that opinon be suspect because of affliation either past or present, then fine - that's cool.

But right now ANYONE with ANYTHING positive to say is going to be eaten alive, no matter what their intention.

To say otherwise is to admit to not reading this site, like..ever.

I agree, but moreover, sites that offer no appreciable value should just be shut down.

Network sites like Stratics, TTH, Warcry, Zam are just a relic of the past. Zam at least bought OGaming back in the day (absolutely killing what was arguably at the time the #1 EQ2 info site) to try and keep up.

I had completely forgotten about Ogaming - that was my main information source in the early days of the game. I didn't bother with it or Zam after it was absorbed - I hated the look, feel and 'usability' of Zam.
