Well, this thread certainly delivers - way to lose all credibility NPU. The real question, is how far does this stretch back?

(However, I do somewhat feel sorry for those of you in NPU that weren't in the loop and believed that you were actually achieving something.)

Yeah, except I think this is rating a little bit higher on the "WTF WERE YOU THINKING" Scale for a Development team to do.

Just based off of the type of environment this is compared to EVE.

The vast majority of EQ2 players wouldn't survive a week in EVE's community.

But as for actual impact on the game?

The BoB/Dev deal was ridiculously more widespread in effects.

We always knew some guilds were given info that helped them to beat encounters first, but tbh I naively hoped it did not extend to the degree that has been put forth here.

I also beleive that aeralik and other $OE employees abused vulnerable indivuals like Laps, and exploited them for their own personal benefit.

This should be a testimony of the the ethical, and professional state of affairs at Sony Online Entertainment.
