Posting private information of the devs who have not chosen to do so themselves is a gross breach of privacy and trust.

No matter what they've done to you, even if it was personal, stooping to their level (or this level). That's just poor form.

From the little I've gathered of the events (and I don't really care to gather more), the existence of this topic is just bitter, disproportionate and petty revenge, from a childish idiot.

so what? the dev's said fuck you to the rules long ago, decapitated them and shit on their corpse. remember the epic thread about soe moving a guild from test to unrest for example? (hey, someone had to mention a non raiding screw up), besides, they work at soe, they will simply change the names of their toons, problem for them solved.

Actually, most of the information on them was publicy posted if you look in the right spots. Or given out by them.

How private can the information be when the public is posting it? Noone is psychic.

Also, how about gathering all the information before making assumptions on the bits you pick and choose to read. The misinformed are not taken seriously.

I urge you to read my thread "Why I did this and how we can reach a compromise".

I know I did the right thing here, and you're right - some Dev's didn't deserve this. But I am presenting the information without bias so that people can come to their own conclusions.

Since this thread started I have had some enlightening conversations with some SOE employees. I've learned a lot in the past 24 hours, and I've gained mountains of respect for a few devs, but nothing has convinced me that I made the wrong move.

As far as the whole Aerelik thing heh. I kinda feel bad cause I used to use Scouts Sanctuary all the time and loved the site. But now that I know he ran off with his guilds bank. That's just shallow. And giving in game favors for rl sexual favors! lol
