No. SOE has insifficient means to test raid content, so they've got Devs out there in top raiding guilds. I'm sure that's how it started. But...

Devs letting anyone know who they are...wrong.

SOE letting their employees run fucking rampant like coked up fanboys from hell, doing things to affect in game shit on a huge scale (WW 1sts, stealing guild banks, running their fucking mouths in public channels like Astaroth does)...dead fucking wrong.

SOE has allowed Devs into the game world to do whatever the fuck they please with no concern for consqeuences. Well, here are the consequences.

I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to agree with some of the others in this post.

Maybe you have a right to be upset about what Sony did. Maybe not. Maybe there was a good reason - maybe not. All I have is your side of the story, and not Sony's. For now, that is what I will go off of.

But if Sony did end up being a bunch of pricks and there was good reason to be upset, I will refer to this common phrase: "stooping to their level." *IF* Sony was immature and ridiculous over what happened, being immature and ridiculous in return isn't the answer. You should have been the bigger man and let it go. But now that you have dropped to their level, any and all respect you could have garnished from others is now gone. Anyone not intelligent enough to see that.. well, I think that is all I have to say.

It is not surprising to see tunneling vermin pop up and vomit morality on a topic they are otherwise unable to grasp. History holds no shortage of random spineless lemmings that lack the intestinal fortitude to do what is right. Grats on identifying yourself as one.

First of all I'm not "pulling out" - I am continuing to post information as I learn/receive it. So keep it coming!

I have learned that SOE employees can lose their jobs over this. And that today is going to be a very frustrating one for people in the office. I feel really terrible about that, but I hope they can take a few minutes to come here and read why this was all started.

I also learned that their community interaction is strictly monitored and that they can lose their jobs if they post (or even private message) on a site like this one.
