There are plenty of things dissatisfied customers can do that don't involve throwing metaphorical bricks through office windows, and paving the way for personal attacks. And that will give you far more credibility - and the moral high ground.

This part I understand at least... the fact is many devs ENJOY the game... think of back when you played D&D (RIP GYGAX) ...(those old enough to have rolled dice). It was fun at times to be the dungeon master, but damn it - was fun to play the game too.

I don't have a grudge against the devs seeking the thrill of playing with 23 other people to take down a mob... raiding is fun - many of us do it for the same reasons.

The grudge is, of course, when the dungeon master reaches across the table and flips everyone's dice then punches you in the face and/or reaches under the table and puts his cock in your hand asking for a favor so he can give your toon a +62 STR helmet.

While we're on fact finding, can anyone tell me this? Which dev designed the huge phallus leviathan and then put strat in where you have to take it's frontals, get swallowed, fight sperm and harvest fluids to win? Just curious.

They aren't negotiating and they haven't been listening for years. They betrayed our trust that the game rules were sacred. They cheated for and with specific people for the benefit of their own egos and/or so they could feel less like computer nerds and more like 'one of the guys'... the anger you see expressed here is the anger of those who have been fucked over. Part of the thrill of succeeding in a raid guild is that you know whether you are guild #1 or guild #50 to take down a mob WW you still did it and it was 24 people working together to make it happen over a period of time including gearing up and progression work. To find out that some people got shortcuts is disgusting and is an absolute spit in the face to the hundreds of thousands of hours of game time represented by those posting here.

Stop being a morally self-righteous cocksucker and either feel the pain of betrayal or fuck yourself and go back to the eq2 official forums and start your letter writing campaign and fucking sit ins. I, for one, don't want to feel you reaching over to hold my hand and humming WE SHALL OVERCOME as we march with a fucking candle to SOE HQ and sit on their steps.

This site was created because the moral high ground hadnt worked for over a year. LFG had been more than polite and imo had been pretty much sucking them off for quite sometime, and now that they fucked him over, which was sooner or later, the time to be cordial is over.

So what I want to know...can the community of Guk bring a class action lawsuit against NPU and SoE for keeping contested on lock down when they has inside info?

I mean we all pay the same monthly fee.....interesting twist.

Ok, before anyone else misinterprets my quoting the relevant passage, I meant it more as "two can play this game". I was not browbeating anyone for what has transpired. Although like many others, I don't understand outing Domino. Let's not lose scope of the real issue -- broken epics and how devs leak info about beating them (and/or have a hand in beating them themselves). Tradeskilling is small potatoes in comparison to raiding and character "balancing" aka nerfing.
