Anything given with a monetary value to someone else in return for sex if I'm not mistaken could very well be construed as prostitution, no?
So, if the person received items on a Station Exchange server for sex, I'd say a prosecutor could make a case there.
If a person received a server transfer for sex, again I'd say a prosecutor could make a case there.
If a person received subscription time for sex, well you get the gist.

So Laps needs to be careful what they say, and as such if this is the case, then Aerillik can then be guilty of whatever "john" crimes California has on it books, and perhaps financial crimes wherein he misappropiated company "funds".
