I also remember tremendous drama when NPU got the WW1st on Chel'Drak in June 2006.

I remember vehement denials from them about any dev advantages in that kill.

Then SOE published a story on EQ2Players congratulating them on their WW1st, which created weeks worth of drama from other players claiming that SOE was picking and choosing who would get WW1sts based on dev information and beta participation.

It is clear that Zoltaroth was in NPU back then.

Anyone care to comment?

First week, imo. We had the great leveling exploit, suspension, delevels going on then. It was quite entertaining!

Actually at this point the drama has very little to do with the game, and much more to do with the questionable staff behind it.
