No Aerilik did not state it was an exploit. Perhaps one could infer from the quote that it may be considered by some to be an exploit but that is an inference and open to interpretation.

Second, Aerilik does not set these policies exclusively. Aerilik could think this is an exploit, while the official SOE policy may be that this is an acceptable strategy. The reverse may be true as well - Aerilik things it's fine, but SOE disagrees with him.

Thus, SOE as an organization is the only competent authority to say if this is an exploit or not. If they do not consider it an exploit, it's not, regardless of what any individual developer or community member may think.

Okay let's put it this way, developer thinks a tactic is questionable enough that he needs to "look the other way" but encourages his personal guild to do it. A strategy that he gleaned off a good-faith bug report submitted to him. For a game in which he is an active developer.

Discredit my fucking guild all you want. We have never sought WW status we raid about 15 hours a week. Yup we pulled Druushk across the bridge on my call. We've pulled it and killed it several times since.

Before Aeralik our record speaks for itself killing original Matron, all of EOF including all Avatars before his membership, etc.

This is the only time Aeralik has ever done anything remotely like this. He has never ever told us shit else about anything. We definitely never have gotten any Dev cliff notes like NPU.

As for my credibility now as a raid leader and a player I'll let anyone I've fucking played with in this game let you know how I parse or run my raids. Guaranteed I outparse most of you. And with how much we get done in a week in the little amount of time we raid speaks for itself.

I understand I'll lose some respect, but at least I'm manning up and telling you my side of things instead of cowering like a little bitch or lying about it.

I'm not defending Aeralik or this PM, and I know he won't either. It was stupid to send it, especially here. The main purpose of this post is to fucking LFG a big thanks for lying to my virtual fucking face and stabbing it in my back. And all for what to show your avid fans the corruption of soe!
