who's right or wrong... only wrong I see in all of this was the use of a bug report to a dev, (which the bug submitter thought would be the best course of action) to then turn and "ooo hey we should do this before they patch it"... not "Oh hey mr raid encounter Dev I got this bug report directly can you make sure this gets fixed ASAP.

The semantics of whether it was or wasn't an exploit, or who logged into what where or how... all of it's just filling for the pie, we're still looking at whether or not Capt. Dumbshit should be fired for a gross breach of company policy (which he was obviously aware it was as he left the confines of SOE internal communication methods to PM this information here rather than through the SOE PM system)

Notice the keyword DEVELOPERS.
Aeralick was a DEVELOPER!
Aeralick promised to "look the other way", meaning HE considered it an exploit.
If he didn't consider this an exploit, why the fuck would he need to look the other way?
