I have no expectation of privacy. Go back and read the post and find the word "privacy" in there.
I do have expectations that when an adminstrator posts rules for a site, they have the civility of following those rules. Read the preamble to those rules and note how it is emphasized they are so very easy to abide by... I mean, they've been copyrighted they're so fucking good! I am not naive enough to allow my expectations to lull me into complacency, though.
Aeralik's rules are laid out in his job description and SoE company policy. He will be held accountable based on those factors. Administrators here have the luxury of being accountable to no one. Ultimately, it is their principles that guide them.

I enjoy the sport in a good debate, but that is not sophistry. I do not necessarily argue things I do not believe, in that I would not use a line of argument in a defense if I did not believe it to be a legitimate defense. |
