huh, portos if thats true maybe just eq2 as a whole community that just really really sucks. every guild ive been in with any sembelence of honor in ANY other game would boot people that use and support the use of exploiting.
But nooo not eq2 we get whole guilds of people that support exploits and could care less. why? shitty GMs that fail to inforce policy maybe? lack of morality in todays youth? creepy old romanian guys that love the cyber? maybe a combination of all three. (personally i think its 75% creppy romanian men. tee hee portos =p)

And your word for it I will indeed take, if you give me some examples! Tell me what you know! after all is not that what these boards are for? to flame people and air out there dirty laundry?

and talk about hipocrits portos i remember u blabbing on and on about how you could never go to a guild that openly supported their guild leader by doing t6 raids and... wait didnt you do a t6 raid for guild funds with them the other day? ya... u did... and the exploiting in DH while you were there? talendor? who positioned that mob? YOU DID!!! so... seems like every guild that YOU have been in seems to exploit stuff... hrm... how is prison treating you? that is the reason you left our guild was to go to... hippocrit = has to do with a "proposed" epic encounter in the expansion after EoF. In this encounter a named Hippopotamus utilizes a poison ae. If it crits, then it will be a hippocrit. :smiley-very-happy: :smiley-very-happy:

Actually as far as guild funds for EL goes, don't they tell their membership that all that money goes for stuff like repair kits? Last I heard their quoted price was 1 plat per kit. Wow I think i'll see if phal will let me charge the guild 1 plat per kit. That would be cool.

I wasn't there last night. Dang!(I miss a few nights on the server and look what happens.lol)

But now a lot of things make sense.

We been banging on the matron a lot lately. Usually, if we get there and EL starts forming up...then they try ZERO or no pulls...waiting around a hour or so...and then say they(EL) left because they don't have the right classes on atm(therefore I thought they were just speaking of the illusionist trick..but maybe they just didn't want to do the charm with us there).

It seemed like they had been waiting for something or didn't want to do anything with us there.

One night they exchanged pulls and they got it down to 50 some odd percent(congrats)...and EL left as it got late(or maybe because it was just too hard to kill it that way..and with us working at pulls too..they could not use thier trick without it being discovered and reported).

But I always was feeling they were hiding something they didn't want us to see and be able to show to others. Guess they knew what the were doing wasn't the way the mob was meant to be killed. They probably knew of the exploit long before they killed it. They probably did not /bug it until they got a kill using the exploit. Though I do think exploit "may" be the wrong word to use. Since SOE made the mob be in that zone, charmable, with that ability. SOE also had been saying there is an easy way to kill the Matron.

If EL got into beta, the real question is, will they find these holes in the design and not bug them in beta, but just bug them after they get their WW first.... post release.

Interesting note about the first picture showing the 28k hit by ken-oh. Notice an entire raid force showing the locked symbol, but absolutely nobody looking to be "in combat", including the main tank.

So it looks like nadia might have solo'd the matron. If so, I hope he was able to claim the entire chest.

no no, if you noticed as well.. the tree is up that was after there first attempt that they wiped at 1% or w/e on. it was probably some trash mobs someone pulled.

his text was scrolled up as well he just took it after the fact.

but! you can see Grakk is not locked meanign he is outside the raid which im thinking was a opps the mobs AE killed my shrine guardian..no problem *Grakk breaks his charm and then nadia Charms* 2nd string go! Telling me it was planed out and they knew the effect worked on him it was'nt a opps wow did you see what my pet just did!? holy shit

but hey im just speculating based on what I see in those pics.

They kinda admitted that already.
all we can do is wait till next time around and see if they can kill it legit /shrug.

there really isnt anything more left to say on this subject since somone already fessed up which was quite admirable.
