We're currently recruiting: All classes to compete with our current players, but specifically:
Defiler
Illusionist & Coercer
Templar
Mystic
Troubador

Recruiting any and all classes. If you think you are better than a current SD guild member, we will bring you along as a recruit. If you can do a better job, grats on being their replacement unless its a class we are already seeking a 2nd of.

About Us:
Schedule:
We raid Monday through Friday 8:10PM -> 1:00AM (Rarely do we run later than that or even raid 6 days a week).
Saturdays if we raid its generally 4:00PM -> Whenever.
We also kill contested when they pop, at any hour. This is the "unofficial Aussie" server which leaves us with competition overnight, plan on a few late night phone calls.
All times are based off of EST.

We use Ventrilo. You aren't required to speak, but you must be able to listen at all times.

Recruitment Process:
-First, you apply. If you are accepted this means you're an "App", I'll contact you and tell you to xfer, be at this raid at this time. If you're declined you either wont hear back from me (if I'm busy this tends to happen) or I'll contact you telling you you've been declined and probably give you some reasons.
-If you are taken as an "App" We get your phone #, you will be called for Contested and tag along to almost all of our raids. The performance you display as an "App" determines whether you make recruit or not this can take up to two weeks, you only get rotting gear (that means our members and alts dont want it).
-After you are done being an "App" you're a recruit for 30 days. You will be tagged, in guild as a recruit. After 30 days, a vote goes up, after 7 days of voting you will either be promoted to a full member(80% Yes) or kicked(20%+ No), you get loot over alts, but not members.

Our DKP System:
Items have a set price. The person with the highest DKP wins, there are multiple bidding methods which can allow you to get some items cheaper (by paying upgrade/backup), etc. I'm not going into it all right here.

We expect members to maintain 75%+ attendance, the higher the better, some perks come into play the higher you are. 90%+ is encouraged and strongly pushed for.

Seriously people, read what classes we are recruiting first. If I get another Shadowknight inquiring about applying because we dont have one on our roster simply because we posted we were recruiting, I'm going to fucking kill someone.
