We were founded in September 2007. We formed because we are all tired of the current scene on our server.
The offerings on Lucan Dlere are slim, if you want a serious raid guild there are few choices. That's not a knock against other guilds here that raid but only 1 of them here try for contested and without competition to do so.
What we want to accomplish? Build a small dedicated force that will absolutely demolish all content in the tier.
A little history, many of us came from casual family style raid guilds that raided 3-4 times a week and never did anything beyond instances, no contested. And of course had to wait our turns or for an opening in order to attend a raid.
Demolition cleared all of KoS in 3 weeks times with the exception of the 3 Princes, which we didn't bother with due to wanting to move into EoF content as time was dwindling before the expansion went live. We cleared Clockwork Menace in our first trip there, and we made it in FTH as far as Treyloth before the expansion went live. Our raid force was not Ideal, the needed classes such as bards and illusionists that we needed to maximize our dps were hard to come by.
We've had some growing pains recently due to the expansion and are rebuilding.
We are looking for some good people that want to experience all end game content and have no problem with the steps neccessary to to get there. We aren't a cutting edge guild, we're very new. We didn't clear all of eof, we didn't kill avatars or any eof contested. Do we want to do those things? ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY!
We need people in these classes to get this thing moving and give this server another top end guild.

If you want to be part of something special, building a top raid force that WILL beat all content, then Demolition is worth your time to consider.
Our loot rules are merit/assigned i.e. we look at size of upgrade, your attendance and how long its been since you got anything. We feel this method will give us the fastest progression possible, as we experienced in kos content.
Our rules?
1. Dont be an asshole, you can be a dick or a pussy but not an asshole. Nobody likes assholes, all they do is shit all over you. Dicks fuck pussies, dicks fuck assholes. Pussies love dicks cause they keep the asshole from getting shit all up in em. Pussies dont say much cause they are pussies, pussies are great, assholes aren't. If you are an asshole i will fuck you ok? I am a dick. Remember that. I'm your pal till you start shitting in my pussies.
2. Dont start controversy it leads to drama, if you think its questionable it will most likely lead to drama, keep it to yourself. Drama sucks.
3. 95% attendance mandatory, which means don't miss raids unless there's a damn good RL reason for it.
