Strike is a hardcore raiding guild on Lucan D'Lere. We kill everything and play at the absolute top of our respective classes.
Loot system is Leadership assigned.
There are three basic things you need to have a successful app process:
1. Attendance: We don't fucking take backups on our roster. If you can't raid at least 6 out of 7 days of the week, don't waste your time applying. Our start time is 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM eastern on weekdays and 4:00 PM eastern on weekends. If contesteds pop we will log on earlier and take them down.
2. Skill: We don't weigh ourselves down with people who fucking suck. If you do not play at the absolute top of your class, you will not make it.
3. Attitude: Apps who don't pay attention, don't listen, start shit with other people, or piss off leadership don't last. In fact, I take a lot of joy in denying/kicking people who piss me off, doesn't matter if you paid 50$ to transfer - that doesn't mean shit.
