Legacy, a hardcore raiding guild on Crushbone, is seeking a few applicants to fill our ranks.
About us
Purpose: Every single decision regarding guild policy will be decided in favor of the guild. Legacy is here to progress as a GUILD. Having said that, we place guild benefit over personal benefit. We will be hitting Kunark raids very, VERY hard. You will be expected to give it 100% while learning the instances, and even more while learning contesteds. If you are the type of person who dislikes wiping or bitches about repair costs - fuck you, don't apply.
DKP : We use a standard open bidding DKP system with exceptions. If leadership deems that an item would benefit the raid most going to the MT, it will goto the MT. Likewise for any other class that is better suited for the item than the highest bidder. This doesn't happen often nor should it, as I expect you as a person to understand what items benefit what class the most. However, do not get pissy if an item is given to someone else.
Raid Days : Whenever it's needed. Generally, we will have one Friday and one weekend off at the least. Once all instances are cleared, we will have additional off days until lockouts expire. Be aware that you must be available for contesteds during ANY off day. Also note that raid days are subjected to change. Dzien will attempt to give you 24 hours advance notice in the event that a day goes from off day to raid day, but its not always possible. It is your responsible to check both the forums and the calendar to ensure that raid days have not changed.
NOTE: IN ROK WE WILL RAID SIX DAYS AT THE MINIMUM. I EXPECT YOU TO BE THERE ALL SIX.
Raid time : 8:30pm EST till we are finished. We don't really run much past 1am EST, but if we need to, we will. If you cannot make every single raid on time, don't apply. If you cannot stay the entire time, don't apply.
Roster: We run a small roster. You can bet that every single person guilded knows their class to the utmost degree. If they didn't, they would not be here. I expect you to know the same about your class. Note that any SKILLED player interested in joining Legacy will be considered. If you know your class very well, and don't mind sitting out, I will have a backup raider spot for you at the very least. Don't hesitate to apply because you aren't on the desired class list, but also understand that you may be sitting out often. Bonus points to backup raiders who can get on early for contesteds.
Attendance: 80% is the bare minimum. Leadership will push you to 90%, however. Fall below 80% and there will be a nice, long chat in TS with you and the officers, as well as a demotion to backup. Improve, and you will receive your raid spot back. Continue to fall in attendance, and we will determine whether or not you are suitable for Legacy.

Be ready for a teamspeak interview. YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE TEAMSPEAK INSTALLED. It is a requirement that you are logged onto teamspeak and are listening during every raid. If you do not have a mic/shy/10 years old, it will be overlooked as long as your performance and our performance are not hindered by it.
