Are you looking for a family style guild that has a focused outlook at raiding? Please take a gander at Despair of the Guk Server. We hold claim currently as the largest guild on Guk. We boast of an active community of players from lower levels to a smaller contingent of raiders. We are as always welcoming new members to our guild either for raiding or casual gaming.
The raiding aspect of Despair is semi casual. We raid three times a week, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 7:00 CST to about 11:30 CST. We use a DKP type system that allows for the less than consistent raiders are still rewarded for their efforts but the main group of raiders has the benefit of more points. We are currently raiding successfully in the beginning zones of T8. Ventrilo is strongly recommended.
We are looking for committed, family friendly (though our age requirement is 18) players who are willing to dedicate themselves to help Despair move aggressively through T8 raiding.
