Expectations
~Raid 5 nights a week Sun- Thur 6 Pm pst to 10 pm pst.(9 est to 1 am est)
~Willingness to spec AA for benefit of guild and or complete and relative quest lines.
~Competent player of you class , if you can not do you job we will not keep you in main role.
~You will be expected to have adept 3 or greater as well as carry crit mana cure potions.
~Positive minded , winy pain in the ass loot whores please just save you me the time do not apply.
~Willingness to improve take advice and give it when situation calls for it.
~I would prefer VP flanged players but it is not necessary we will be re flagging as needed.
These are currently what we wish to fill roster, i do have a back up crew but our goal is and has always been to fill the roster with 24 people capable of raiding each night. If you not listed but can raid 5 nights a week and are a experienced raider send me a pm we will chat. I'm not apposed to a player rolling a new toon to fill a spot if you can haul some serious ass leveling. Good players can play just about any class well bad players play just about any class bad or so it has been my experience.

Now you know the type of player we want , not unlike what most raid crews want. If your still interested i will give you brief run down of our crew and our progression.
We Run merit loot system with attendance based tracking to help us with our decisions.
I try to run a friendly fair yet very serious and driven raiding crew. Not only am i picky on classes we take , skill of the player , i am also picky about the person behind the toon. I am very patient in training teaching a member if i see improvement and willingness to get better.
We are here to have fun , raider have fun by being successful , not being bitched at by a 23 year old guild leader who feels like his e -penis is big because he got some skills running raids and i sure as hell do not play to listen to bunch people wine in guild chat.
Guild has been around a few months formed with some old crew of ldL about the time rok released. We are are starting VP this week and it is good opportunity for us to find some talent off our server.
